14. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Wer may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. You are responsible for regularly reviewing any changes which take place.

15. CHANGES BY

16. SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS
